Are your pieces hypoallergenic/nickel free?
Our pieces are considered hypoallergenic, however, they may contain trace amounts of Nickel. Customers must use their own discretion when purchasing our pieces as LOVE BRUNA is not liable for any irritation/infection that may occur. That said, we’ve had tons of feedback from customers with nickel allergies who’ve worn our jewellery without any issues.
What material is your product made with?
All of our pieces are made with Stainless Steel, waterproof, tarnish free, durable, eco friendly and recyclable material.
Order Processing Times
We know how excited you are to receive your order, so that's why we work hard to have it processed within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping estimates at checkout do NOT include processing times.
Please note that during sales, special promotions or large influx of orders, it may take up to 2 weeks for order to process. This estimate is not inclusive of shipping times.
You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order has been processed.
Order modifications
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify your order. Please contact us for order modifications.
Can I return my custom item?
All of our custom designs are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long will it take for my custom necklace to arrive?
As a general guideline, please allow approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is placed for delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information.
What are the care instructions for my jewelry pieces?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent scratching and tangling. Regularly clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to ethical practices. We source our materials from reputable suppliers who adhere to responsible and sustainable standards. Our gemstones and metals are traceable, ensuring they meet high ethical and environmental standards.
Can I request a custom design or personalized piece?
Absolutely! We offer customisation services, allowing you to create a unique piece that reflects your style and preferences. Our expert designers will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring that your gift holds sentimental value.
Do you offer resizing or repair services for jewelry?
No, unfortunately we don't currently offer any resizing or repair services.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders are non refundable.Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy on our website for more details.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping an order as a gift
We do not include any receipts in our packages, so the person receiving the package will not know the price. If you would like us to gift wrap, please add this at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost every country, with the exception of a few. All available countries will be shown at checkout.
Return-to-sender & Refused Parcels
Packages returned to us due to an insufficient address or any reason beyond our control will be issued a store credit, less the initial shipping fee.
Returned parcels can be shipped at customer request, however, a new shipping fee will incur.
Please make sure to double check your address when placing an order as LOVE BRUNA is not liable for return-to-sender or refused parcels. If your order has not shipped, please email us at sales@lovebruna.com to update your address.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change an address once your order has shipped. You may try contacting the shipping company directly to request an address change.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@lovebruna.com and we will investigate this for you.
Duties & Taxes
Any packages shipped outside of the UK may be subject to duties and taxes. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
For international customers, these fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. For U.S orders, we offer free shipping over £150. To qualify, your order total must meet the above thresholds or more before tax and after discounts.
I received my order and it was damaged, what should I do?
Please send us an email at sales@lovebruna.com with your name, order number, brief description of the damage and pictures of the damaged items(s).
What if I receive the incorrect item(s)?
We're sorry about that. Send us an email at sales@lovebruna.com and we will sort it out ASAP. Please make sure to include your order number and photos of the incorrect item you received.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping times are typically 4-6 business days for UK and 8-12 business days for the US. For international orders, please allow 2 weeks or more for delivery. These shipping times are not inclusive of our processing time, which is typically 1-3 business days.
